Insurance Claim - New door fitted after burglary

<p>Good day</p> <p>I had a burglary at my house on 02 March 2017. After contacting the insurance, they sent out 3 guys from MC Leibrand Restoration Cape. The supervisory guy's name was Fabian Minnie. They fixed a new door, however, it wasn't done properly as the door closed itself, as if magnetic. I called they came back and told me that it is normal for all doors to do so, with which I differed with them. Eversince I cannot use my front door, as it feels as it's grown into the wall. Cannot open, and if I do try to open it, I'm afraid that the handle will pull out of the door frameword rather than the door would open. I contacted Mr Minnie several times and on several occassions, with no success.</p> <p>Please help.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Geraldine Burton</p>
