MC Drilling drilling non SABS boreholes

I hired Mush Hide Drilling to install a borehole on my property about a year ago. I have had endless problems with my water. After getting a second opinion it was found that the borehole was not SABS approved in that his drill was too small, hence in between a borehole and a monitoring hole. This was not communicated to me, in fact I would call it misrepresentation. I would like a proper borehole to be drilled that is SABS standard as I need to communicate this the new owner should I want to sell my house.
