Disappointing service

I don’t even know where to begin, I had 3 incidents with Mc Donald’s Rosebank. The service is really bad, firstly I ordered 3 meals and my order came to an amount of+R300 only to receive 1 order. The driver had to go back to get the rest of it. 2nd incident was on Saturday the 21st when i ordered 2 meals, 1 Big Mac and 1 Happy meal with a boy toy. When the food came my daughter went and received the order only to find that a happy meal is missing. You can imagine the disappointment on the little one☹️. Now this evening I ordered 2 medium Meals when the driver arrived I personally went to get the order surprisingly the meals were sealed but the fries were not in the pack. When I asked the delivery guy he then checked in the motorcycle cabinet the fries where all over the cabin. This is absolutely unacceptable the restaurant doesn’t care about the service and their customers. I am no longer ordering from Mc Donald’s anymore especially the Rosebank one, very *********** and disappointing.
