WORST SERVICE NO RESPONSE OR ********!!!

On the 14 July 2021 I placed this company on hello Peter as they did not remove my husband off of the red flag for debt review!!mandisi responded and only requested my husbanda id on email to which I supp**** it to her/him. On the 19 July 2021 I requested feedback nothing was given not even a response, so this morning again I reached out for assistance as the debt was paid of R5000. To have our names removed... my husband is still in a red flag !!!!! Where is the professional service here!!!!! Since they got their payment they now just sit back and give u a finger !!!!! What tipe of company is this or is this also a **** that we have so many of in SA!!!!! I will place bad service on every social media platform naming *** !!!! I WANT MY HUSBANDS NAME REMOVED OFF OF DEBT REVIEW OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! HELLO PETER YOU NEED TO ASSIST WITH URGENCY ON THIS PLEASE.
