MC Auto online purchases

I purchased 4 items online from the MC Auto website, only two of the items arrived and the other two where never delivered. Instead of trying to solve the problem and checking their inventory, Mohammed made me feel like a common ********. I submitted all the documents and photo's they required but still I was the one who somehow de*****ed them!! They refused to send the missing items, but I did eventually get a refund out of them. No apology, no explanation other then "we do not make mistakes like that"
