would like to bring to the attention of the public, especially in the Hartebee****rt Dam area, a con artist going by the mame of Thabo Isaac Rabeng, who has now been elected as Chairperson of the Hartebee****rt Dam Business Forum and runs company called Mbuso Capital (Pty) Ltd (a front used to con people of their hard earned money). He came highly recommended for an earthworks project on a construction site at Leloko Estate. He was appointed and paid in advance at the beginning of December 2021. We are 28th January today and he has not removed a single rock from site, I have not seen any of the excavator and trucks he promised to deliver on the job. Everyday single day he is issuing lies and promises that he cant keep up to. He had agreed to refund us if he failed to deliver, it has been almost two month and I have not seen any payments made. Ince again lies and promises. It dawned on us that this is a ********* and con artist posing as a business man, and has now risen to positions of responsibility in society. My legal team has been called upon and I would highly advise the community of Harties and Rustenburg to be on high alert for this guy.
