How the boss treats his employees and yet we were outsourcing for MIWAYLIFE INSURANCE.

The boss himself doesnt have ethics not doesn't treat his employees well...I remember we use to train agents and two days later we were fired well they told us that the business is not doing well we use to dail for Miway lifeinsurance . Sad part is in April we were paid R550 and yet we were working from home he then promised to go claim for UIF so that he can pay us the remaining balance till today he hasn't. If you were yo see how we were treated and the hours we crazy with no teabreak ...and I was must for us to work on Saturdays without being paid. It was never a good experience to work for that company .
