A UTTER DISGRACE

One evening I had stopped to purchase a few items from the MBT garage in Sophiatown/Triomf, the attendant who has served me swiped my Visa card for payment, the first swipe she had done gave an error on the terminal which in turn i received a sms notification that the amount was deducted from my account, she then said that it would automatically reverse the charge and swiped the amount one more time which was approved.<br> <br> A few days later i approached the garage to query the amount that was not reversed advised the owner/manager of what had happened and in front of a number of customers he turned around, and with an attitude told me to take it up with my bank it's not his problem. I then got upset demanded he give me his details and he refused to do so. One of the staff called me as if was walking out and said he wants to talk to me in his office, when if got in he pointed at me and with a very vile attitude tells me: \just sit"so i walked out and told him that i would be laying a formal complaint against him with the franchise"
