Bad Service_Should we die?

I'd like to send a complain to you about KwaMbonambi Clinic in Richards Bay, KZN. They don't help people, i went to the clinic at 10am and i waited till 9pm at night with an infant. I just left without getting any help and some people were leaving. It's too much there must be something done, please help.
