HIGH LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE

October 2021 we ordered a tombstone for our parents at Mbombela tombstone in Malelane. We were asked to pay a deposit of 85% and we did because we wanted what's best for our parents. We were promised that it will be installed on the 15th of December but it never happened. 2022 January we called the office again we were promised that it will be installed in February . From there they were not taking our calls until we decided to drive to Whiteriver and talk to them. They were so rude to us and not even apologetic until we promised to sue them because we wanted our money back. They then promised to install it in May 13 and they never did. May 28 it was installed and it was incomplete , we called them several times to come and fix it but invain. They keep on promising but never come. Their service is unacceptable, their work is not good quality they don't care about people they only want money. As we speak we hired other people to fix the damage and we have to pay them yet we paid Mbombela tombstone a huge amount. I will never recommend Mbombela tombstone to anyone given the experience we had.
