Sammy thank you for the amazing service. I alerted you about the rubble that was dumped behind my wall which posses as a risk for me and my family.

I send the a whatsup message to Sammy around 14h40 on 10.06.2019 after receiving his details from the office of Water and Sewerage.

He responded to my message at 14h46 same day (100619) advising me that he is in the meeting.

He called me once done with the meeting around 15h30 and asked that I must whatsup him my location so that he can come check the situation out.

By 16h30 he was at the vacant land to access the situation. I was very impressed with this for i expected the situation to take longer before someone come out.

He advised me that he will find out who the owner is and deal the matter.

He calls me on a going basis to advise me the status of the matter at hand.

This matter is still on going and i have no doubt in my mind that I am in good hands.

This man really has a servant leadership heart and he embodies the Batho Pele values perfectly.

Again, an employee of Mbombela Municipality... Serving people so well.
