<p>Mbombela Municipality are Pathetic! We moved and we went to tell them to swicth off the electricity they didn't do and we had to wait 2months for our refund. Every time we phoned it was yes but this person is on leave....I mean shouldn't there be then somebody else doing the work????? then they told me it has been proses please phone some one else... also every thing has been prosess. when I ask when will we receive the refund they can just tell me it is prosess. I mean what kind of services is it????? Last Thursday I was told the pay out will be on Friday. Geuss what nothing happend. Today I phoned them again then the answer was to me oh sorry but you have to come and collect a check! when were they planning on letting us know to go and collect the check??? know we have to wait another 7 days because they had to pay it with a check. they are useless. I can't believe this are the kind of services we have to be happy with. thank goodness I dont have to deal with them any more.</p>
