Poor service

In a resident of game area called numbi trust I stay just behind inkunzi secondary school our municipality doesn't care about us ,we are struggling to even get drinking water and we have to buy water while we have a so called municipality,a borehole was drilled and it worked for few year and it's been off for almost 5 months now and we are struggling with water ,why is our municipality so ruthless to the residents of Mpumalanga, another problem is we are struggling with ******* they don't even make means to arrange trucks to go around collecting ******* and people are throwing ******* everywhere we have a poor service from our municipality, we elect councillors who doesn't even care about our needs, when are rural areas are going to be taken seriously in our country , the most important people are those living in urban areas and locations ,we don't matter in this country ever our roads are in a bad state
