No service delivery from Mbombela Local Municipality

Sent Deeds search document on the 14th of March to get assistance with opening a Services account.I followed up in the 15th and my email was forwarded to someone else.I did another filler up on the 22nd and I was told that the Deeds search was emailed . To who? I don’t know.It is almost month end and I do not have an account which will lead me into paying ridiculous amounts .So disappointed!
