mbombela traffic officers bad attitude

<p>Getting a traffic fine is not nice, but getting a bad treatment from the officer is even worse. I got a traffic fine for a 'crack'on my windscreen, as if that's not bad enough. On my ticket the police officer wrote that I can't even see in front of which dats not true, and when he was busy writting he told me I should speak out loud and say my full names if I don't do DAT he'll take my licence and I'll wait until he knocks off then he'll complete writing my ticket then. He badly wanted to give me a fine cos he started by checking safety belt, then licence disc and the he finally saw the crack.This happened in loco Street, mbombela.</p>
