MBOMBELA MUNICIPALITY -- EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have now being trying to get hold of a responsible person at Mbombela Municipality in order get the Municipality rates changed into my name --- I am the new owner of a house in Hazvyview but live in Cape Town.

I would really appreciate it if some one would call me or email me in order to sort this out -- this has been going on for over a year -- telephones are not answered and multiple emails are not rep**** to.
