Mbombela council local municipality.

I have reported my broken meter numerous times, so many phone calls later and even been to the council still nothing has happened, a technician of the council came out one night to come and have a look at my meter. All that was done and said is that the would come and repair it the next day. Its been i dont know how long now and it is still not repaired. Today they come and switch my power supply off.. and once again when trying to get hold of anybody nobody is to be reached. My neighbour has had the same issue for over 2 years now and still nothing gets done. No they want me to pay for the reconnection and penallty for something i did not do. Due to their own lack of communication and organisation that they cannot come and fix a simple electrical meter. I had enough.
