Enatis duplicate aplication

Hi. I am highly disappointed in the setup off the enatis duplicate aplication. My vehicle got ****** in February 2020 and my enatis document is lost now i can't de register my vehicle because i am still waiting for the duplicate. I am living in middelburg but the aplication is sent to mbombela. The insurance company call me every day for this and i don't know what to do anymore
