<p>I have a house in Nelspruit and I've been trying to get the mailing address changed for more than a year. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've called the ********** number numerous times (Sometimes is works/ sometimes it does not even ring) </p> <p> </p> <p>The times it does work, they inform me that i am at the switchboard and they can't do anything for me and have to transfer me. I've been stransferred from Pillar to Post. Had calls dropped, had been transferred and told to Speak to Gail or Mariane Fouche. Needless to say, nobody ever answers their calls. I went down the list of numbers on the website and still. Nobody Answers. </p> <p>http://www.mbombela.gov.za/contact.html</p> <p> </p> <p>I've sent numerous emails to the Customer Care Email address. And always receive a response that a Customer Care Agent will call me. I am yet to receive a call. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I want to know is how much do I owe on my Rates and Taxes account and for someone to change my email address. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want to give you money and you are blocking me. </p> <p> </p>
