The best well oiled municipal - Mbombela Government Clinic Simply the best

The clinic in Mbombela CBD deserves a trophy really. The team's work ethics is On another level, from the clerks, sister and to the doctor. I went to the clinic two weeks ago to do my annual test of HIV and Papsmear and I arrived at 12h30. In my head I had already build the reprimanding headed my way because I arrived late which I never had surprisingly.

The queue was very long to get and ir open the file however the speed and/ of service at this public clinic is on another level and far much better than private hospital

It took me 1h30mins to do everything and I was very chaffed.

I apologize to the nurse who did my blood pressure and mentioned that I need to do Papsmear test. Her response was that she doesn't think that I will be helped as the tests when done the previous day. My response to which was that its okay and that i understood because I arrived very late.

From my blood pressure checking my nexy step was HIV test and I apologized profusely to hear for being late to which she responded "Why are you apologizing because our job is to serve you".

I told her that i have picked up that they (the clinic) act completely different to other Government Clinic when one mist come early to get a number and stand in the whole day to be served around 3pm or something never and something be turned a away.

Her response being "Why will we turn n you away when we have to service which is what we are employed ti do".

I was really gobsmacked...

I have observed Mbombela service delivered overall from Traffic department, Clinic, to addressing the electricity issuss, taererc they are people first and they are living and embodies the the values fully.

Thanks team, Continued doing the great things - If only you can teach your other colleagues (Government employees/ Public Sector: Home Affairs and Clinic & Hospital across this beautiful country for them to deliver what was promised by our leaders
