If poor service had a name and address, it would take you to Mbokota Attorneys. No road should lead you there even in your worst situation.

I called their number and didn't go through. The director calls me back with a different number, doesn't introduce themselves. I think I am being ****med only to later help them discover that I am their client. The call goes south and the Director fights and curses. I go to their offices, the situation doesn't get better, only worse. No one at reception, not helpful just rude and entitled.

Called my realtor to call off the deal. This could've been resolved with a little customer centricity. Very disappointed.

Just spare yourself the trouble, honestly.
