company doesnt want to pay back my money

As from 8 September 2015, I was supposed to go back to work within 48 hours of the date of receipt of the default award but the company never responded. When I call Necholeen(HR) and my director, they never respond to solving my case of going back to work. the company had to pay my money back within 14 days after I won an award at the CCMA but they havent paid me up until today. Now they have to pay a larger amount of money because theyve taken longer than expected to pay back my money. till today,they have not responded and i am still at home, not going to work and not receiving any salary.
