Electricity @ Mbizana Local Municipality

Hi, I'm complaining regarding a poor service at Mbizana Local Municipality, where they should help a pensioner during the flooding her house was affected. And she received a temporary house, that Municipality suppose to move electricity to the Prefab. So that she could use electricity.

Now staff/worker's at Municipality want her to pay money to restored electricity at a Prefab house. Please kindly assist on this issue as a matter of urgency.
