Mbewu (Pty) Ltd's attitude is not so fresh

Mbewu fresh produce is a black owned business that delivers fresh produce however I received the worst service from them. I ordered on Wednesday night. On Thursday I send a Whatsapp, email and a DM via Twitter however I received no response. I called on Friday and they ignored my calls and they only responded to my WhatsApp after I called them and complained. All I wanted to know is if they received my order and when can I expect delivery, only then did they respond to my WhatsApp.

To cut a long story short, they wanted to deliver Sunday night at 9pm. I explained that I couldn't take my order Sunday night and that they could deliver Monday or refund me. They didn't deliver yet they didn't refund me in full.

My problem is how they treated me today when I asked for my refund and how I was shouted at an how they decided to pay me a fraction of my delivery even though they didn't deliver and they don't have that policies clearly stipulated on their website.

No I am not badmouthing them. I am just saying, be careful when you order your fresh produce from them.
