I reported a a ***** case on the 15 of February and I have not received any help.

The consultant who was investigating from FNB and telling me that they require a Court order to secure the funds. Opened a case @ SAPS and wrote an affidavit stating what happened and sent to FNB but they are not assisting. This is very frustrating, no explanation whatsoever in terms of the process they follow. I completed all the forms that were requested from me. I know nothing about the courts but they expect me to go there and ask for the order. FNB is the one who is in better place because they know what they are doing, why sending me from pillar to post. it is your investigation produce something out of it. Do not just register it for stats reporting. RE: ***
