Order *** Not Delivered after 32 days-Blocked and Refused Refund. I placed an order for skincare products worth *** with M'bela skin clinic on the 31st of August 2026. Their stated policy is that shipping takes 7 to 14 working days. It has now been 32 days ,and my order has still not been delivered. When I reached out to ask for an update, the owner refused to communicate properly, became highly aggressive, and threatened me with lawyers. When I subsequently requested for a refund due to the non-delivery and lack of business ethics and communication, she blocked me entirely. I also reached out to her distributors since she blocked and she told her that she dispatched my order. The owner does not want customers to ask questions regarding their orders. After payment is made, she doesn't communicate or want to asked about orders. This business has taken my money,failed to deliver the products,and cut off all communication. I demand a full refund immediately.
