For months they harassed me regarding Standard Bank credit card however it has been over 2 months since requesting my paid-up letter but these useless ****ups fail to respond. They are beyond ******* bunch of *******.

MBD COLLECTION BAD SERVICE
MBD COLLECTION SERVICE IS VERY POOR THEY DO NOT HELP AT ALL.I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING THE FULL DETAILED STATEMENT OF MY CAPITEC LOAN WHICH WAS HANDED TO THEM BUT ALL THE CALLS I MADE NOW ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS THEY JUST KEEP PROMIDING TO EMAIL IT TILL TODAY.

No customer service
Again after calls everyday and everyday the samething, said they will make notes i did put a payment arrangement and not done, i must give my date of birth more then once and get wrong, MBD is not giving any service they upset me so much today that i had a panic attack because no services, there automated service is useless
