YOUR RETARDED AGENTS SHOULD STOP CALLING ME

Harrassment from staff!!! Referring matter to FDCPA. Tored of dealing with idiots and retards. I DO NOT have an account with Thruworths!! I receieved a call from Avuyile who was sacasyic when i told her I DONT have an account with Truworths.. She insisted i made arrangements, the more i tell the idiot I DO NOT HAVE AN account with Truworths. I asked her to varify witch Masego shes looking for,instead she tells me "SHE" already confirmed. Would i ask if she had advised who shes looking for. I immediately lost my cool with her. TEACH your agents manners, telephone etiquette and respect for clients!!!

I Will NOT be harassed by your agents especially for a debt thats not mine. Be sure that i will refer this matter to the FDCPA.

Kindly note: Debt collectors can only contact your family to locate you, not to collect money for your debt, and they’re generally only allowed to contact a person once. I have received numerous calls and each time given my cousins number and request that YOU remove my number from your Data base!! Clearly im speaking to deaf people!!!

As a debt collector you are NOT ALLOWED TO:: Reveal that you're working for a collection agency unless the relative “expressly requests” this information, e.g. they ask “Who do you work for?” or “Who is your employer?” And if the collector already has your address and phone number, they’re not allowed to contact your relatives at all.
