WRONG PERSON!

Page down and you will read similar comments/reviews to the one I'm about to leave, as it seems that the levels of ineptitude run very deep through this so-called business.

I started receiving messages, around 3 weeks ago, asking me to contact this firm regarding a default on a loan. I am not the person they are looking for....and the person they are actually seeking, has either provided an incorrect phone number (mine) by mistake...or has done so **********ly. I thought I'd do the right thing and took the trouble to call them to highlight their mistake. I was told by the recipient of my call that they would update their records. They haven't!! I am now getting a little tired with the 3+ calls and messages I am receiving on a daily basis and this is now becoming tantamount to harassment. It is almost incomprehensible to believe that businesses would actually pay this company to recover their debt, when they cant even sort out a simple matter like this. Don't bother posting your standard response....sort yourselves out!
