Wrong person, continued harassment!
<p>Keep getting SMS's from MBD stating I owe them R70 for a debt to Emfuleni Municipality. I sent them an Affidavit stating that I have never lived, worked or taken out any account in the Emfuleni district (Vanderbijl Park I believe) but they have no record of it. They used to phone me on my landline. That's now stopped and they are now resorting to irritating SMS's. If I don't recieve a reply within 20 hours of posting this message, next step will be Credit Ombud as per National Credit Act.</p>
