WRONG PERSON BEING HARASSED BY MBD/TRANSACTION CAPITAL RECOVERIES

Mr Ntando Shezi,

I have recently changed numbers because I got a new phone. Unfortunately, I am now being harassed by MBD due to the fact that my new number belonged to a client/former client of yours.

I have spoken to several of MBD's call centre agents and requested that they remove my number from their systems as I am not the person that they are looking for. I have also emailed you (by using the only email address available on the web for ALL QUERIES) to clear up this issue, providing the account number and phone number, but received no response.

I am at my wit's end with MBD as I am being harassed several times on a daily basis with calls and SMS's.

I am absolutely appalled at how Transaction Capital Recoveries and MBD are running their Customer Services and Quality Assurance section of the business. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
