Wrong debit
What a worse experience dealing with this company, I spoke with 3 consultants today about my incorrect debit but am getting no joy, the last consultant I spoke to he's telling me he can see the amount debited from my account whereas others can not see it, when I asked him about the refund he's telling me I must go and reverse it from my bank, I am not prepared to do that as its a great inconvenience on my side, If I go and reverse it my credit profile will be affected, I can not take this, I want my money in my account as soon as possible, this is heavily affecting my score as my debit order bounced back since I have no money available in my account, can someone sort this out ASAP.
