Written agreement not kept
We had a written agreement, that once I start making payments I will be listed as 'up to date' on the credit bureaus. My ID number is ***. Kindly honur your written agreement to me that was sent via email that I would show as 'up to date' once I start making payments. It was updated two days ago and it is showing as one month in arrears. That was not our agreement.
