*** regarding SBSA CC

1. Harassing calls for over a year. 2. No one in the call center is able to assist, nor do they know what they are doing. 3. I have asked repeatedly for a statement and a copy of the hand over letter from SBSA to them in order to prove the amounts. Nothing happens. 4. I do not have a SBSA CC.
