Worst service ever

Most pathetic collection agency, i have been trying to get hold of someone for over a week now, i phone but there us no answer, i email but get no response, i have phoned probably 10 different numbers but no one is willing to help me. Also fix your phone lines or train your staff to hold the earpiece closer to their mouth as when i get through i cant hear anything they are saying. How is a person supposed to sort out their debt if mbd does not want to help???
