Worst Service Ever!!!!

A while a ago I received a call from MBD regarding debt that I had. Got a great settlement amount and paid it up in full. Agent dealing with query was fantastic when it came time to acknowledge proof of payment we emailed. However when we msgd her asking for the paid up letter there was absolutely no response. Have emailed thrice in the last month as well as emailed MBD themselves. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE @ ALL. This company takes your money but doesn't help with paid up letters to acknowledge that you have paid up your debt. DISGUSTING!!!!! I could've been one of the many pple that refused to pick up the phone, instead, I picked up and I paid but still get treated like this. Atrocious!!!!!!
