worst service ever.
<p>I've settled my account according to an amount they gave me but then miraculously charges occurred. I paid those charges only for them to add more charges on my account everytime I try settle additional charges are added. A supervisor Fortunate was handling my case and.mid way literally started avoiding my calls. I can hear the agents asking for her then they hang up on me. Worst service I have ever received. </p>

Again mbd disappoints. I decided to against my better mind arrange a payment for these additional charges so as to rid myself of mbd and this problem. I spoke to an agent *****gwe and made the arrangement and specifically requested that she send me a settlement quote so as to have evidence and avoid further delays. She assured me she had done so. When calling today to check if the payment had gone through and to enquire about the letter the agent told me no such letter had been arranged. When will enough be enough. The incompetence of you're agents has cost me so much, both in "charges" and phonecalls and I'm still sitting with no direction.
