Worst service

I have had enough with this company, firstly starting with Lesego, a Team manager, one useless manager, he advised me to make payment of R4924,34, after me confirming the amount, he comes back and says there is additional fees, which is ridiculous, I had asked for this to be escalated and to be resolved, which is not, and now I am being forces to pay R5555, I am not paying an incorrect amount, The service provided by the consultants are even worse, they will answer and talk they cut the call, plus be rude on calls, terrible service, I need lesego and natasha there team managers to get this sorted

This is utter bull**** coming from MBD, I am still being told to pay an incorrect amount, and I do have it on email trail that one of there own Team managers messed up with the amount provide, yet they dont want to rectify the issue, worst worst worst service given by MBD/ Nutun, Jane khumalo there consultant refuses to listen to the issue that was caused by them

Such pathetic service provided by the Management of MBD, they are only trying to cover up a mistake that was made by there fellow colleague and fail to rectify the issue, not one manager has called me, all they do is put there agents to call, scapegoats, this company should be closed, I hope all there clients(Companys)that use there services see this post and stop working with them
