Worst place to do actually talk to....

I am not very happy with their service (if you can call it that)!!! They are rude, disrespectful and just plain down *********** to do their jobs! I had a Mr price acount that was handed over to them, I went under debt review about 5 years or so ago, I phoned Mr price wich did state that the acount has been paid up. And that MBD has to give the clearance letter, When I am asking them for the paid up letter to clear my debt review status they are having alot of stories, that the acount is not with them, or they can't find it, and the worst part is the phone being put down in my ear when talking and trying to find out what is actually happening with my acount... So I am awaiting feedback from them as to what is actually happening....
