WORST OF THE LOT!!!

<p>I sent a request for a refund in August and after being dissapointed by being told it will take more then 3 months for the refund to be done i still decided let me wait. To no suprise nothing has been done and everytime I query the refund I only hear story after story from MBD and as we stand I am being told lie after lie. Can I please be told and HONEST answer as to when the money will reflect in my account? </p>
