Worst Legal Company EVER

This must be the worst legal company in the world. i have requested mulitiple times for a paid up letter and yet have not neceived it. I just spoke to a gentleman at customer care and he said he will request one and just put down the phone. These people have zero respect and manners.

I cant even believe a company like this exists and they need to contact me urgently or i will be taking matters further.
