Worst laywers ever

Worst company ever!!!! 5 months ago my Truworths account was R700.00 in total, i have been paying my R200.00 every month and today the 11/01/2021 it is still R700.00?????? How does that work, i have been trying to call them *** but all i get is please hold on... i have send emails *** but no reply. I want to close this account and need to pay in full but it only looks like they are *****ing my money... no customer help????? What tipe of business is this.
