Do not make payment arrangement with this company, rather call your original creditor and negotiate with them to pay them directly, MBD will promise you a discount on your outstanding credit, promise you a confirmation on email and they won’t send it, you will keep paying with no proof of you paying the correct company or if you being ****med, I’ve called numerous times regarding the confirmation of the agreement till to date I haven’t received it instead you are met by their rude and very unprofessional agents who will disconnect the line immediately when questioned about the validity of their promises, I regret paying my money into these people, Zero customer service delivery and a bunch of ****S
