Worst customer service ever - IF and WHEN you eventually get a hold of them.

MBD Inc Attorneys (Munnik Basson Dagama) is the worst company to deal with. They dont provide feedback, they dont call back when numerous messages are left, they dont respond to emails, and IF you get through to their customer service dept, they have THE worst attitudes. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They are TERRIBLE. After 3 months of begging them to keep me updated,I still have to call on a weekly basis otherwise I dont hear a thing from them.
