Worst company to deal with

They are disgraceful. I have been trying to get a settlement letter since last week. they said i can get it within 48 hours. well today i have made 14 calls to them and get cut off spoke to 2 consultants and there is no supervisors working in the offices. no wonder you cant get anything right. Last week i spoke to a Phumla and she said i will get it within 48 hours. today i called and a Kgsosie said it was not requested, and she will request in and it will take another 48 hours. it is holding up my whole process and i am very fustrated as i am not getting any joy. I am consolidating and it is holding up my process. i need someone to call me back immediately please. They probably just want to keep the account withthem to get more money. they are pathetic
