WORST COMPANY EVER!! DONT USE THEM!!
I fully paid my Standard Bank account on 19 Jan 2021 and requested an urgent letter confirming that payment was received. I phone them every day and every day they say that they have requested the letter.
I got Percy their supervisor's number and he never answers his phone, I even phoned Standard Bank to make sure that they are legit but dont know what to do anymore.. HELP!...
Dont deal with this company, it will just bring tears and sorrow..
