Worst Company Ever!!!!!

I have been struggling with this company for 2 weeks, I need to settle my account, I called 100 times then different agents gives me the wrong banking details I even called whilst standing Infront of the ATM trying to do the deposit as their details are invalid on my banking app.. The easy pay number doesn't work too, after struggling they opt for a debit order and guess wat they emailed me saying they will debit on the 20th it's the 26th already and the money is stil in my account and they harras me numerous times daily for payment but don't debit like they said they would, i even blocked their number.. Your company really sucks and your agents needs proper training.. Stop harrasing people since 7:45am and do your jobs properly.
