Worst attitude

I have spoken to a few of their consultants and they have the worst attitude, so disrespectful.

I have requested to speak to someone senior they have refused all the time, you ask for their email address they will never give you. They even have the audacity to ask what you want to do with the thing you are requesting from them. How is it their business.

I have heard or seen bad service, this was by far the worst. Do theyveven have time to listen to those calls they are busy saying they are recorded. What is the point of recording calls if the company does not go back to them to upgrade their level of service.
