Worst

I have had the worst experience with mbd inc. Have never received a statement from them after months of paying my coricraft account (as indicated by the NCA-that I have a right to receive this document). I then decided to settle the account and pay the whole remaining full amount on the 20th of June 2019. I sent an email with proof of payments from Jan till June and still no response from them. Now I have been trying to call them for my paid up letter. Their consultants are rude and not helpful,they left me on the phone for hours and now they don't pick up my calls-phone rings unanswered. I think reporting them to the National Credit Regulator might just work because I don't know what to do now. All I'm asking for is the paid up letter from then.
