Worse collections agency to ever deal with

I had a loan with Direct Axis, it fell on arrears during covid because I became the only bread winner in my household, loan was handed over to MBD for collections, I have been honoring the arrangement I made for the past few months , you would think this is a good thing but not with MBD, I receive atleast 4 or 5 calls in a day from MBD ,pressurizing me to increase the amount um paying and move to debit order payment, this has not only annoyed me but I am harrased daily by this company and their agents , they are saying they will not stop calling me because I am on eft payment, I have explained for more than hundred times that I am comfortable with eft payment because I can not reverse the payment even if I don't have food in my house as compared to debit order which can be reversed ,they don't want to hear it, out of frustration this morning after their 3rd call today alone, I ended up giving the agent my banking details , I am extremely frustrated with this company , I have never received such treatment from anywhere ,they are not the only loan I have but the harassment is ridiculous. I will take this further
